Anyone who has ever been a member (customer/consumer) of CVEC during a “Profit Year” is entitled to a capital credit disbursement at some point in the future, as designated by the CVEC Board of Trustees. Capital Credits represent each member’s share of the cooperative’s net margin, based on the percentage of electricity used during the year they had active service.

Currently, CVEC has retired capital credits through 1991, along with our parent company, Western Farmers Electric Cooperative (WFEC), through 1998. If you believe you may have unclaimed capital credits, or may be a rightful heir to unclaimed capital credits, please contact CVEC Member Services at 405.382.3680 for assistance.
