Canadian Valley Electric is excited to welcome you as a new cooperative member! To initiate your new service request, please upload your warranty deed along with the completed New Service Request form.
Once all required forms have been submitted, please allow up to ten business days for a Canadian Valley Staking Engineer to contact you and schedule an appointment. If additional information is needed, we will reach out via email or phone.
Important: An engineering fee must be paid upfront before a staking engineer can meet with you regarding any new project.
A new service requires an on-site meeting to determine equipment placement. Please have your site plan available during the meeting. Our field representative will provide any additional details at that time.
To proceed, ensure all required payments, forms, easements, permits, and other necessary documents are submitted. A complete list of requirements will be provided via DocuSign after your meeting with the staking engineer. Once all necessary documents and fees have been received, your new service will be scheduled for construction.
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
Note: This request form is for residential customers only. For a new commercial account, please use the commercial new service form.
