2026 ANNUAL MEETING

Each year, Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative holds an Annual Meeting of the Membership. This is your opportunity as a member-owner to stay informed and take part in the cooperative’s business.

Please make plans to attend our 87th Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Event on, Thursday, August 13, 2026.

This year, members may choose from two locations for drive-thru registration and meeting attendance. Registration at both locations is drive-thru only. Members will remain in their vehicles during the registration process.

To help make the drive-thru registration process quicker, please bring your official meeting notice with you.

Shawnee Location:

Drive-Thru Registration (ONLY):
11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
FireLake Arena

Business Meeting:
6 p.m. at FireLake Arena
(Doors open for seating at 4 p.m.)

Wetumka Location:

Drive-Thru Registration (ONLY):
11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Business Meeting (Live Broadcast):

*The Wetumka meeting will feature a live broadcast of the official business meeting taking place in Shawnee.

PARTICIPATE AND WIN!

All members who attend and register will receive a $20 Bill Credit, a $25 meal voucher, and a hat!

We’re excited to share that this year’s door prizes will all be electric bill credits!

On the Monday following the meeting, we will draw for 40 $100 bill credits, as well as the $500 district prize drawings. Winners will be contacted directly and announced on our social media channels.

During the business meeting, both our Shawnee and Wetumka locations will host their own on-site, must-be-present-to-win drawings. Each location will award:

• Six (6) $250 bill credits

Be sure to stay at your location during the meeting for your chance to win one of these larger bill credits!

Drive-thru Registration Instructions

Please see drive-thru maps below. Follow the arrows on the map to navigate through the registration drive-thru at either Firelake Arena in Shawnee, or the CVEC Wetumka Yard in Wetumka. These setups are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all participants.

Drive-Thru Route:

Enter the premises from the designated entry point as shown on the map.

Follow the directional arrows on the map, guiding you through the drive-thru route.

Remain in your vehicle at all times for safety and efficiency.

Checkpoints:

We will have CVEC employees along the route to help guide traffic.

Please have your registration notice ready to present through your window.

Once registration is complete, you can park and enter the facility for the business meeting.
